Wait. What? I thought this was about the best dishes in SLC? While that’s true, when you get a beer as excellent as Squatter’s Nitro Cream Ale – its a dish in its own right. Well, at least in my beer-loving universe.
Crafted at the downtown SLC brewery itself by brewmaster Jason Stock, the brew is modeled on the English creamy bitter – Boddingtons. Smooth and creamy with just a hit of hoppy bitterness, its one of the best locally breweed ales. And my personal opinion, its even better than the bitter its based on.
The only complaint is that Squatter’s rotate their on draft nitro beers, and you might not always be able to snag this most excellent brew.
