Les Madeleines features a menu inspired by chef and owner Romina Rasmussen’s travel around the world. The centerpiece of this eclectic cafe is surely the Kouing Aman.
This Northern France specialty is created using layers of folded butter and sugar, not completely unlike puff pastry. The result though is a decadent exterior of caramelized and crunchy with a soft and goeey interior.
