Chef and owner, Charlie Perry could have rested on his laurels with the wildly successful Eva restaurant. Instead, taking a cue from his family’s rich culinary heritage, he decided to open Eva’s Bakery – a savory and sweet slice of Paris, right in downtown SLC.
Amongst the light cafe and deli fare (available breakfast and lunch) sits the piece de resistance though – daily fresh baked breads. These artisan loaves couldn’t be farther away from their mass produced siblings lining supermarket shelves – made with organic, local flour from Logan Utah. What’s more, stop by on Thusdays and snag a baguette for a measly buck, during one of their many great promos.
