Juicy short rib, fontina cheese, crunchy lettuce and tingly horseradish dressing are just some of the ingredients that come together to make the wonderful Slow Braised Short Rib Sandwich ($9), one of my favorite items from Blue Lemon’s menu of “Pure clean food with a twist”. This local mini-chain is looking to redefine what a fast-casual eatery can provide, this gourmet sandwich being the perfect example.
